Mellow Meal, a project spearheaded by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Malinee Sriariyanun received an honorable mention at the RicePlus award 2018. The contest was initiated under Thailand’s creative economy policy.
The main objective of the contest was to promote an add value to thai rice products. The contest was organized by the Department Foreign Trade (DFT), the Institute of Agricultural Product Innovation (API), and several other affiliated institutions and agencies. The project is in line with the economic development policy “Thailand 4.0”, which aim to drive the country’s rice industry forward and leverage thai rice products to the next level through the use of technology
